Your phone is ringing. Your hands are full.
A missed call isn't a missed call. It's a booking someone else took.
People ringing a salon, a clinic or a café are ready to book right now. When it rings out they don't leave a message and try again later — they scroll down and ring the next one.
Mid-service
You can't stop to answer, so it rings out.
After hours
They're booking at 8pm because that's when they're free.
Already on a call
The second caller hears engaged and moves on.
Work out your own number: if your average job is $120 and you miss three calls a week, that's $18,720 a year walking to whoever picked up.
Three steps. Live in about five minutes.
- 01
Tell it about your business
Fifteen minutes, mostly pre-filled from your website. Your services, your prices, your hours, what you never quote over the phone.
- 02
Point your calls at it
Use the new number on your listings, or set your existing line to divert when you can't pick up. We walk you through it for your carrier.
- 03
It answers, you get the text
Name, number, what they want, when they want it — on your phone in seconds. Bookings go straight into your calendar.
You keep your existing number. Nothing about how customers reach you changes — only what happens when you can't get to the phone.
The honest bit
What it refuses to do matters more than what it can.
You're handing it your customers. So the useful question isn't what it can do on a good call — it's what it does when it doesn't know the answer.
It won't invent a price
Anything that genuinely depends on seeing the job — a colour correction, damaged hair, a quote for a big job — it declines to quote and books a consultation instead. It can only say prices you've given it.
It won't pretend to be a person
Asked straight out whether it's a real person, it says it's your virtual assistant. Every call opens by letting the caller know it may be recorded.
It won't claim a booking it didn't make
It reads the date and time back before booking, and it will never tell a customer they're in the diary unless the booking actually went through.
It won't handle a complaint
Complaints, refunds, disputes about previous work — it takes the details and passes them to you. Those conversations are yours.
Busy month? We don't cut you off.
If you start running past your included minutes we keep answering, and we ring you about moving up a plan. Your phone never stops working because you had a good week, and nothing lands on your bill that you didn't agree to first.

Questions worth asking
Do I have to change my phone number?
No. You keep your number and set it to divert to the receptionist when you don't pick up, or when you're already on a call. We'll walk you through the exact steps for Telstra, Optus or Vodafone. If you'd rather, you can advertise the new number instead — that's your call.
What happens if it can't answer something?
It takes their name, number and what they wanted, and texts it to you straight away — so you get the lead even when it couldn't finish the job. For anything urgent you've defined, it puts the caller through to you instead.
Will my customers know it's not a person?
If they ask, yes — it tells them it's your virtual assistant, because pretending otherwise is how you lose a customer's trust. Most callers don't ask. It's polite, it knows your prices, and it doesn't put anyone on hold.
Can I cancel?
Any time, and you keep your number. There's no joining fee and no lock-in contract. The 7-day trial doesn't ask for a card at all.
Does it book into my calendar?
Yes. It checks what's actually free before it offers a time, and it never tells a customer they're booked unless the booking went through. If you don't use a booking system, it still keeps your bookings for you — you don't need one.
The next call you miss is the one you find out about.
Ring the demo line and put it through its paces. Ask it something awkward — that's the bit worth hearing.
