GrowM8 (Ninth Gate Holdings Pty Ltd, ABN 41 693 266 465) builds websites for Australian local businesses. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
When you request a mockup or contact us, we collect the details you give us: your business name, trade, service area, phone, email, the services and notes you describe, any social links, and any photos or videos you upload. If you become a customer we also hold billing details processed by our payment provider (we never store card numbers).
How we use it
To build and deliver your website mockup and site, to contact you about it, and to run your account. We do not sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate (hosting, email delivery, payments, and file storage) and only as needed to deliver the service.
Your uploads
Photos and videos you send are used solely to build your website. You keep ownership of them. Ask us any time to delete them.
Storage & security
Your data is stored with reputable cloud providers and protected with access controls and encryption in transit. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect it.
Access, correction & deletion
