Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of GrowM8, operated by Ninth Gate Holdings Pty Ltd (ABN 41 693 266 465). By requesting a mockup or engaging us to build a site, you agree to them.

Free mockups

We build your initial mockup free and with no obligation. You only pay if you choose to take a site live.

Pricing & payment

Website builds are fixed-price from $497, shown at checkout. Optional Hosting ($49/mo) and Care Plan ($149/mo) are billed monthly and can be cancelled any time. Prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

Your content

You confirm you have the right to use the business details, photos, videos, and reviews you provide, and you grant us permission to use them to build and host your site. You keep ownership of your content.

Delivery

We aim to deliver a live site within 48 hours of receiving everything we need. Timelines depend on you supplying content and approving the build.

Cancellation

Cancel a monthly plan any time; it stops at the end of the current billing period. One-off build fees already paid are non-refundable once the site is delivered.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care but can't guarantee specific search rankings or business outcomes. Nothing here limits rights you have under Australian Consumer Law.
